Online Credit Courses

A World Wide Web site is used to support each electronic online course with a syllabus, study guide, help topics and relevant course material. A Web-based message board provides interactive forums for discussion about the course. Communications between the instructor and the student are not simultaneous, but occur through email, fax messages, chat rooms and listserves. In order to participate, students must have access to a computer with a modem and an Internet service provider.
