Directions to Wor-Wic Community College

  • From the West: Traveling east on Route 50, approaching Salisbury, take the Route 50 bypass toward Ocean City. Exit at the Route 50 East to Ocean City ramp. Turn right at the second stoplight, at Walston Switch Road. The next left turn is the entrance to the campus.
  • From the East: Traveling west on Route 50, go past the signs for Willards, Pittsville and Parsonsburg until you see the signs for the college and Walston Switch Road. Turn left onto Walston Switch Road. The next left turn is the entrance to the campus.
  • From the North: Traveling south on Route 13, approaching Salisbury, take the Route 13 bypass toward Norfolk. Exit at the Route 50 East to Ocean City ramp. Turn right at the second stoplight, at Walston Switch Road. The next left turn is the entrance to the campus.
  • From the South: Traveling north on Route 13, approaching Salisbury, take the Route 13 bypass toward Dover. Exit at the Route 50 East to Ocean City ramp. Turn right at the second stoplight, at Walston Switch Road. The next left turn is the entrance to the campus.

College Campus

The Wor-Wic Community College campus is located on the southeast corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury. This map provides a general guide for the location of buildings on campus.

College Campus Map AAB - The Academic and Administrative Building houses core functions, such as admissions, registration, financial aid, career services, counseling and the cashier, as well as the Patricia M. Hazel Media Center, arts and humanities department, human resources, payroll and purchasing.

AHB - The Allied Health Building contains offices, classrooms and laboratories for the emergency medical services, nursing, occupational therapy assistant and radiologic technology programs, as well as the college’s information technology department.

FOH - Fulton-Owen Hall contains classrooms, laboratories and offices for the continuing education and workforce development division, as well as the business and hotel-motel-restaurant management departments.

GH - Guerrieri Hall contains an assembly area, criminal justice department offices and classrooms and Wor-Wic’s Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy (ESCJA).

HC - The Hazel Center includes the college bookstore, dining area, food service, television and game rooms, a student lounge, student clubs and activities, a study area and lecture room, as well as offices for education and social science faculty members.

HH - Henson Hall contains offices for the public safety department, as well offices, classrooms and laboratories for the mathematics and science department, and allied health courses offered by the college’s continuing education and workforce development division.

JC - The Jordan Center houses child care facilities, as well as classrooms for the human services department.

MB - The Maintenance Building provides space for maintenance, mail, receiving and custodial services.

MTC - The Maner Technology Center contains laboratories for the computer studies, manufacturing and electronics programs, as well as executive offices for the president and vice presidents, and advancement functions (marketing and resource development).

Off-Campus Locations

ORGC - The college holds turf management and other courses at the Ocean Resorts Golf Club, which is located at 10655 Cathell Rd. in Berlin.

MMH - In cooperation with McCready Memorial Hospital, Wor-Wic operates an emergency medical technician laboratory at the hospital, which is located at 201 Hall Hwy. in Crisfield.

PHS - In cooperation with the Wicomico County Board of Education, Wor-Wic operates a manufacturing technology laboratory at Parkside High School at 1015 Beaglin Park Dr. in Salisbury.
