Financial Aid

A variety of financial aid alternatives are available for students through the college. One scholarship is available specifically for emergency medical service students and personnel through the Charles W. Riley Fire and Emergency Medical Services Tuition Reimbursement ProgramExternal Link administered by the Maryland Higher Education Commission State Scholarship Administration.

Certification and Licensing Requirements

The Emergency Medical Services curricula follow the national certification and state protocol standards which allow graduates to take the national and state certification examinations. Functional Job Analysis

Applicants to the EMS program must meet the Functional Job Analysis StandardsAdobe Portable Document Format (PDF) icon for EMTs set by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
