Italian Cuisine Course Begins Jan. 28

Practice cooking authentic soups, pastas, main dishes and desserts from various regions of Italy by taking “Italian Cuisine: Level I,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, Jan. 28 through Feb. 18, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
