New Customer Service Course Begins Oct. 6

Learn how to handle customer service issues in a positive manner using face-to-face and phone communication by taking “Do’s and Don’ts of Customer Relationships,” a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesdays, Oct. 6 and 13, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
