Pastry Cooking Course Begins Nov. 9

Learn to create classical desserts like crème broulé, crostadas, tortes and Madeleines by taking “Elegant and Professional Pastries,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, Nov. 9 through Dec. 7, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
