Seafood Cooking Course Begins April 26

Learn how to prepare traditional and exotic seafood dishes like Thai shrimp and cucumber salad, poached salmon with lemon sauce, stuffed shrimp Chesapeake and cream of crab soup by taking “Seriously Seafood,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesdays, April 26 through May 17, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
