Mediterranean Cooking Course Begins May 27

Learn to prepare classic dishes like Spanish tapas, Greek mezes, Turkish kabobs with pilaf and Moroccan tagine with couscous, as well as sangria fruit compote and Italian ricotta torte desserts, by taking “A Taste of the Mediterranean,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Fridays, May 27 through June 17, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
