New Bread Baking Course Begins Sept. 29

Learn how to make baguettes and petit pan from France and Italy, Italian biga and poolish sponge breads, as well as onion rye, dark Russian rye and cracked wheat loaves, by taking “Old World Breads,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Thursdays, Sept. 29 through Oct. 27, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
