New dessert and pastry course begins Dec. 1

Learn how to prepare European classic desserts such as éclairs, croque-en-bouche, Saint Honoré-filled pastry puffs, tiramisu, Dobosh Torte and soufflé glacé by taking “Classic Desserts and Pastries,” which is a new course being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Tuesday and Thursday, Dec. 1-15, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
