New Spice of Life Cooking Course Begins June 1

Learn how to use a variety of spices to prepare antioxidant rich dishes like chicken tikka, Vietnamese beef soup (Pho), ginger-garlic shrimp and orange cinnamon biscotti by taking “The Spice of Life,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Fridays, June 1-22, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
