New Mental Health First Aid Course Begins May 11

Learn about the potential warning signs and risk factors for depression, trauma, and anxiety, psychotic, eating and substance use disorders, as well as how to compose a five-step action plan to help an individual in crisis, by taking “Mental Health First Aid,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on Saturdays, May 11 and 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
