Real Estate Courses Begin May 17

Real estate agents and brokers can benefit from taking critical area and real estate ethics courses being offered in May by the continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College.

“Ethics in Real Estate” will cover how to apply the real estate code of ethics, how to make ethical decisions and how to recognize unethical situations. The class will meet on Tuesday, May 17, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.

“Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Area Overview for Real Estate Agents and Brokers” will cover how to protect agents and brokers and how to find and read critical and buffer management area maps. The class will meet on Friday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Both courses will be held at the college’s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin.
