Bread Baking Course Begins March 1

Learn to make specialty and traditional breads, including sourdough, challah, foccacia and pita, by taking “Breads! Breads! Breads!,” which is being offered by Wor-Wic Community College at Parkside High School in Salisbury. The class will meet on Tuesdays, March 1-29, from 6 to 9 p.m.

The course will be taught by Tony Hilligoss of Snow Hill, a culinary arts teacher at Parkside High School. He has been involved in the food service industry as a manager or chef for more than 15 years. Hilligoss received his associate degree in hotel-motel-restaurant management from Wor-Wic Community College and is a member of the Delmarva Chefs and Cooks Association.
