New Engineering Drawing Course Beings Feb. 23

Anyone working in manufacturing, assembly or inspection can gain a better understanding of manufacturing parts, multi-view representation of an object and effective communication with a production team by taking “Engineering Drawings -- Introduction,” which is being offered by Wor-Wic Community College at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury. The class will meet on two Wednesdays, Feb. 23 and March 2, from 6 to 9 p.m.

The course will be taught by George Thompson of Salisbury, a senior manufacturing engineer with the Patrick Aircraft Group in Georgetown, Del. He has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and production.
