Develop stronger interpersonal skills, learn practical applications for use on the job, and benefit from the firsthand experiences of others by taking one-day supervision and leadership seminars, which are being offered by the continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Learn to build self-assurance and develop inner calm and interpersonal skills that will improve your productivity at work by taking “Confidence, Poise and Power for Women at Work,” which is being offered on Friday, Feb. 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Gain insight into how ethical responsibilities determine appropriate workplace behaviors and develop personal ethical behaviors that will set a positive example for others by taking “Ethics and Integrity in the Workplace,” which is being offered on Wednesday, Feb. 23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Develop an understanding of the different ways people communicate and learn how to make the most of these differences in the workplace by taking “Communication in the Workplace,” which is being offered on Friday, Feb. 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
