Learn the root cause failure analysis (RCFA) systematic approach to identifying and eliminating reoccurring failures by taking “ Productivity Improvement: Root Cause Failure Analysis,” which is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday, Oct. 21-28, from 6:15 to 9:15 p.m.

Gain an understanding of competitive advantages, principles of selling, sales strategies and behavior profiles by taking “Sales and Service Excellence: Catch ‘Em and Keep ‘Em,” which is being offered on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Discover ways to evaluate and change negative attitudes and behaviors by taking “Positive Attitudes in the Workplace: Stop the Sabotage and Get the Negative Out,” which is being offered on Friday, Oct. 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Learn to create effective project plans using problem-solving techniques and project management tools by taking “Practical Project Management Applications,” which is being offered on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
