Seafood Cooking Course Begin Sept. 30 in Berlin

Learn to cook local varieties of fish and shellfish using current cooking techniques by taking “Seafoods of the Chesapeake . . . Beyond the Steamed Crab,” which is being offered by the community and continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College at the college’s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin. The class will meet on Tuesdays, Sept. 30 through Oct. 21, from 6 to 9 p.m.
