Soup Course Begins Nov. 10 in Berlin

Learn how to use herbs and spices, broth, bouillon, stock, consommé, purée and cream effectively by taking “Soups - First Course to Entrée,” which is being offered by Wor-Wic Community College at the college’s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin. The class will meet on Mondays, Nov. 10 through Dec. 1, from 6 to 9:15 p.m.
