Business Courses Scheduled for Nov. 10, 11 & 14

Develop management and customer service skills by taking continuing education courses being offered this fall by Wor-Wic Community College at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Discover ways to build collaboration, resolve problems and motivate employees by taking “From Manager to Leader: Personal and Employee Development Skills for Supervisors and Managers,” which is being offered on Mondays, Nov. 10 through Dec. 8, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Learn to manage change with communication, supervisory and employee involvement, training and reinforcement by taking, “Change Management: Challenges and Opportunities,” which is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday, Nov. 11 and 13, from 6:15 to 9:15 p.m.

Explore ways to manage anger and sensitivities, react productively and not take situations personally by taking “ Managing Anger and Emotions at Work,” which is being offered on Friday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
