February 19, 2004

Students from Wor-Wic Community College recently attended Student Advocacy Day in Annapolis to lobby local delegates and senators about community college funding and legislative initiatives. Wor-Wic students were part of the nearly 400 students from Maryland’s 16 community colleges who came together in Annapolis to ask legislators to support Gov. Robert Ehrlich’s operating and capital budgets that have increased funding for community colleges.
