Explore ways to manage anger and sensitivities, react productively and not take situations personally by taking “ Managing Anger and Emotions at Work,” which is being offered on Friday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Learn to manage change with communication, supervisory and employee involvement, training and reinforcement by taking, “Change Management: Challenges and Opportunities,” which is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday, March 30 and April 1, from 6:15 to 9:15 p.m.
