Peninsula Regional Pledges $270,000 for Nursing Expansion

$270,000 PLEDGE. Alan Newberry, third from left, president and CEO of the Peninsula Regional Medical Center, presents a $270,000 pledge for the nursing program expansion component of the Wor-Wic Community College Three-Way Challenge Campaign. Accepting the pledge are Marty Neat, far right, president and CEO of the First Shore Federal Savings and Loan Association and chairman of the steering committee for the campaign; and Greg and Pat Stein, members of the campaign steering committee who are co-chairing the effort in Wicomico County. The Wor-Wic Foundation is accepting one-time nursing, technology and child care gifts as well as pledges for payments that can be made over the next four years.
