Management Courses Begin Oct. 5

Supervisors and managers can learn the skills necessary for implementing sustainable change and developing good leadership qualities by taking supervision, leadership and professional development courses offered by the community and continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

Discover how to manage continual change with clear communication, supervisory and employee involvement, training and reinforcement by taking “Change Management: Challenges and Opportunities,” which is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday, Oct. 5 and 7, from 6:15 to 9:15 p.m.

Learn to evolve from manager to leader and build collaboration, resolve problems and motivate employees by taking “From Manager to Leader: Personal and Employee Development Skills for Supervisors and Managers,” which is being offered on Tuesdays, Oct. 5-26, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
