Caribbean Cooking Course Begins Nov. 3

Learn to prepare Caribbean–style dishes such as Jamaican jerk tuna and chicken, Trinidadian grilled shrimp and Cuban black bean soup by taking “Foods of the Caribbean,” which is being offered by Wor-Wic Community College on Wednesdays, Nov. 3-17, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at Parkside High School in Salisbury.
