Bed and Breakfast Course Begins Sept. 26 in Berlin
September 01, 2006

Discover how to chart your way through the decision-making process in order to assess your dream of owning a Bed & Breakfast by taking "Inn-Sync: The B and B Decision," which is being offered by the continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College at the college's Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin. The class will meet on Tuesdays, Sept. 26 through Oct. 31, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.

Scott Bushnell of Ocean City, former innkeeper of Select Registry Inn in Easton, Penn., will be the instructor. After he and his wife, Marilyn, sold their inn last year, they established a consulting company to help aspiring innkeepers get into the business.

The course explores the realities of purchasing an inn to ensure that the dream is tempered with operational, marketing and the financial realities of inn ownership.
