Customer service Seminar to be Held Feb. 21

Learn techniques to handle angry customers and interact with high maintenance people by taking “Providing Exceptional Customer Service to Difficult People,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 21, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce in Salisbury.
