Online English courses for ESL learners begin April 18
March 14, 2007

Non-native speakers of English can improve their English grammar and writing skills by taking online English as a second language (ESL) courses being offered in April by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College.

“Grammar for ESL” is designed to help students learn English grammar and structure and be more prepared in future English classes.

“Writing for ESL” is designed to help students generate, focus and develop ideas in order to produce writing that is logical, cohesive and free of errors.

The courses begin on Wednesday, April 18, and can be completed in six weeks.
