Will and Estate Planning Course Begins April 13

Learn about the principles and techniques of estate planning and identify methods to prevent disputes and contested wills by taking “Wills and Estates,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Fridays, April 13 through May 4, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, at the college’s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin.

The course will cover the probate process, gift programs, life insurance, property titling, charitable gifts, taxes, trusts, lifetime planning, disability concerns, medical directives and long-term health care.

Two other sections of this course are also being offered in April at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury. One section will be held on Saturdays, April 14 through May 5, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. The other section will be held on Tuesdays, April 17 through May 8, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
