Seafood Cooking Course Begins April 16

Discover ways to prepare local varieties of fish and shellfish in the Eastern Shore tradition by taking “Seafoods of the Chesapeake… Beyond the Steamed Crab,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Mondays, April 16 through May 7, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Parkside High School in Salisbury.
