Caribbean Cooking Course Begins May 16

Learn to prepare traditional Caribbean dishes, such as Jamaican jerk tuna, grilled shrimp in Trinidadian curry sauce and Cuban black bean soup, by taking “Foods of the Caribbean,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Wednesdays, May 16-30, from 6 to 9 p.m., at Parkside High School in Salisbury.
