Ethics in Real Estate Course to be Held Nov. 14

Developers, appraisers, bankers, property managers and real estate agents can learn more about ways to handle ethical dilemmas by taking “Ethics in Real Estate,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

The course will also cover the real estate industry code of ethics, recognizing unethical situations, predatory lending and illegal flipping of properties.
