Customer Service Skills Course Begins Feb. 19

Learn ways to work positively with difficult or angry customers, effectively answer questions and solve problems face-to-face and over the phone by taking “Customer Service Skills for the Real World,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Tuesdays, Feb. 19 and 26, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
