Serving Safe Food Course Begins March 4 in Berlin

Food service professionals interested in obtaining food safety certification by the National Restaurant Association can acquire a basic understanding of preventing food-borne disease, maintaining facility and equipment sanitation, and implementing a hazard analysis system, by taking ³Serving Safe Food,² which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Tuesdays, March 4 through April 29, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the college¹s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin.
