Caribbean Cooking Course Begins March 12 in Berlin

Learn to prepare traditional Caribbean dishes, such as Jamaican jerk tuna, grilled shrimp in Trinidadian curry sauce and Cuban black bean soup, by taking “Foods of the Caribbean,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Wednesdays, March 12-26, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college’s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin.
