Seafood Cooking Course Begins March 2

Discover ways to prepare local varieties of fish and shellfish in the Eastern Shore tradition by taking “Seafoods of the Chesapeake…Beyond the Steamed Crab,” which is being offered by the continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Thursdays, March 2-16, from 6 to 9:15 p.m., at Parkside High School in Salisbury.
