Soup Cooking Course Begins March 6 in Berlin

Learn how to use herbs and spices, broth, bouillon, stock, consommé, purée and cream effectively by taking “Soups – First Course to Entrée,” which is being offered by the continuing education office at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Mondays, March 6-27, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college’s Berlin-Ocean City Instructional Center in Berlin.
