Pastry Cooking Course begins Oct. 28

Learn to create classical desserts like crème broulé, crostadas, tortes and Madeleines by taking “Elegant and Professional Pastries,” which is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Tuesdays, Oct. 28 through Nov. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.
