New Certified Residential Appraiser Course Begins Jan. 20

Real estate appraisers who are interested in becoming certified residential appraisers can learn more about principles, assignments and issues by taking “Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies,” which is a new course that is being offered by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College. The class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 20 through Feb. 5, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

This course is one of three new certified residential appraisal courses being offered this winter. “Statistics, Modeling and Finance” will begin Feb. 10 and “Mastering Unique and Complex Property Appraisal” will begin March 3.
