Real Estate Courses to be Held Feb. 4

Developers, appraisers, bankers, property managers and real estate agents can learn more about fair housing laws and helping clients understand listing agreements by taking courses being offered back-to-back on Wednesday, Feb. 4, by the continuing education division at Wor-Wic Community College on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road in Salisbury.

“Helping Clients Understand the Listing Agreement” will cover how to fill out the legally-binding listing agreement and avoid common mistakes. The class will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

“Fair Housing for Real Estate Professionals” will cover federal and Maryland fair housing laws. The class will meet from 7:30 to 9 p.m.
