Jail and Correctional Officers Graduate

Thirty-nine jail and correctional officers from Wicomico, Somerset, Dorchester, Talbot and Queen Anne’s counties graduated in the 75th entrance-level class of the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy (ESCJA) operated by Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury.

Graduation exercises, which were held in Guerrieri Hall on the college campus, featured a commencement address by Captain Susan Watters, who is retired from the Eastern Correctional Institution (ECI).

Donald L. Rollyson Jr., an ESCJA instructor, presided at the ceremony. Awards of excellence were presented by agency representatives.
