The Child Development Center is open primarily to those students who are currently enrolled at the college. Students may use the center, on a prearranged basis, while attending class, completing laboratory hours or researching in one of the campus media centers.

Any child, regardless of race, color, nationality or religion, who meets the age requirements, and/or whose parent(s) meet the enrollment requirements, is eligible for admission to the Child Development Center.

Wor-Wic Community College does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or religion. The College subscribes to the full access to all college facilities as outlines in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and as amended. Children with special needs will be offered enrollment in the Child Development Center when: space is available; individually assessed needs can be met; and accommodations can be made.

Enrollment Procedures

The Child Development Center must maintain an on-site, confidential, enrollment file for each child. Records must also be maintained regarding state licensing, such as attendance reports, injury reports, health checks, etc. The following registration documents must be completed and in place in your child's file prior to his/her first day of attendance:

  1. Registration Form (students must include a copy of their class schedule)
  2. Wor-Wic Community College Application for Child Care
  3. Emergency Contact Form
  4. Health Inventory Form, Part I and Part II (OCC 1215)
  5. Parent/Guardian Authorization Form
  6. Consent Form
  7. All About My Family Form
  8. USDA Food Program Household Meal Benefit Application
  9. Parent's Guide to Regulated Child Care Card Authorization Form (signature page only)
