Resources

Collection

Wor-Wic's collection includes a variety of specialized and multidisciplinary web-based, full-text online subscription databases, newsstand periodicals, and local and national newspapers. Nursing and rad-tech software programs are installed in Henson Hall Resource Center, and Internet access and office applications are available in all three centers.

The comprehensive collection of full-text online databases covers a wide range of genres and includes a variety of both print and online sources - articles from reference books, academic journals, magazines, newspapers, pamphlets, statistical tables, etc.

The subscription databases, software programs, and access to the Internet are available on campus to students, faculty, staff, and members of the public who are Maryland residents. Credit students, faculty, and staff may also access the databases from off campus anywhere there is Internet service. Just click on Library Services under our "Quick Links" menu, then Research Databases. For more information, call or email the Media Center or see Handouts - Help Guides - Troubleshooting Access to Databases Problems.
