PHE 106 Integrated Health and Fitness

This course covers the basic concepts of personal and community health, with an emphasis on physical fitness, nutrition, stress management, weight management, sexual health, disease and environmental health. Specific personalized techniques for optimizing health are emphasized. Hours: 39 lecture and 39 self-scheduled exercise. Usually offered in the fall, spring and summer. (3.0 Credits)
