Getting Help with Technology

There are many different ways to get help with technology. Users can:

Monday -Friday: 8 am to 4:30 pm

WWCC utilizes a third-party vendor to privide account and log-in support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At 4:30 pm, help desk calls are routed to this service until 8 am Monday through Friday and over the weekends. Users needing account/log-in support outside of the identified hours above should utilize the phone contact method. IT staff is on-site until 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday and until 6 pm on Fridays in case of emergency.
