First Responder 5K Team Cup Challenge

Open to area law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies. The winning team gets the coveted First Responder Team Cup, currently held by the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office.

5K Hero Run

The 5K Hero Run is an inclusive event welcoming both able-bodied and para-athletes. All participants compete equally, and medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in age categories from “9 and under” to “60 plus.” Trophies will be presented to the overall male and female finishers.

Children, ages 9 and under, can dress as their favorite hero and run at the “big kids’ school!”
