An applied technologies educator and program leader at Wor-Wic Community College, supporting workforce development across electromechanical technologies, HVACR, industrial controls, and automation-focused training. His work emphasizes hands-on learning, job-ready skill development, and strong alignment with industry needs through structured curriculum design and measurable assessments.
Joe is actively engaged in embedding industry-recognized micro-credentials into technical programs, helping students earn stackable credentials that strengthen employability and advancement opportunities. He also supports flexible lab access models that expand learning options for adult students and incumbent workers by increasing hands-on training availability beyond traditional course schedules.
In addition to teaching and program development, Joe collaborates with faculty, academic support teams, and employer partners to modernize equipment use, improve program outcomes, and expand pathways from training to careers. His work includes curriculum alignment, grant-supported innovation, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen applied technologies education and workforce readiness.
