In partnership with Wor-Wic Community College, the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce and the Eastern Shore Leadership Institute’s spring cohort, this three-session leadership program is designed to equip current and emerging leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately within their organizations.
Effective Leadership in Action begins Feb. 5, 2026, and brings together expert facilitators and relevant, real-world leadership topics to help participants lead with confidence, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
