Grad’s clinical experience led to success
Mathew Boland of Ocean City graduated from Wor-Wic in May with his associate of applied science degree in radiologic technology. He was able to complete just enough clinical hours in the spring before sites closed to students due to the pandemic.
OTA grad enjoys satisfying career
Ashley Desjardins Dagen of Salisbury was not a traditional student when she entered the occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program at Wor-Wic. She already had a bachelor’s degree in communication arts and was almost 30 years old when she decided to become a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA).
X-ray tech grads achieve 100% pass rate
Wor-Wic Community College graduated nine radiologic technology students in May and 100% of them passed the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam on their first attempt. The first-time pass rate national average is 89%.
