Dr. John Wesley Wright and award-winning vocalists from the music, theatre and dance department at Salisbury University will present “From Baroque to Broadway” on Monday, March 18, at 7 p.m., in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury.

Mike and the Fellow Travelers to perform on March 22
In celebration of Irish-American heritage month, Mike and the Fellow Travelers (Mike O’Loughlin, Dave Kohut, and Keagan and Mickey Justice) will perform “An Evening of Irish Music” on Friday, March 22, at 6 p.m., on the first floor of the Hazel Center.
“Echoes & Visions” receives top award
For the fourth year in a row, “Echoes & Visions,” the creative arts magazine at Wor-Wic Community College, won first place with special merit in its category of publications from junior/community colleges with a student enrollment of more than 2,501 in the American Scholastic Press Association’s (ASPA) 2018 Scholastic Yearbook and Magazine Awards.
Top 10 in small community colleges
Wor-Wic Community College was named as a gold-level Military Friendly School and ranked in the top 10 in the nation in the small community college category for 2019 by VIQTORY, a veteran-owned company whose mission is to assist military personnel transitioning into civilian life. This is the eighth year in a row the college has received the military friendly designation.
